I’m T'Lee — a Licensed Practical Nurse and newborn care specialist dedicated to helping families rest well during the early months of parenthood. I’ve always had a natural connection with babies, and over the years, my instincts evolved into a specialized skillset focused on feeding, comfort, and safe sleep.
I didn’t grow up with the easiest road. Life taught me resilience, compassion, and how to show up even when things are hard. Those experiences shaped the caregiver I am today — gentle, patient, and deeply committed.
I pursued nursing to understand newborn health on a deeper level, and I mastered formula preparation and feeding because I wanted families to feel confident in every detail of their baby’s care. Every step I’ve taken has led me right here, serving families during their most sacred season.
Caring for newborns isn’t just my profession — it’s who I am. Long before I became an LPN or a formula technician, I was the one everyone trusted to soothe a baby, read their cues, and bring calm into the room. Babies have always felt natural in my arms, and over the years, that instinct grew into a purpose.
What inspires me most isn’t only babies — it’s parents. The tired moms. The anxious first-timers. The dads, balancing work and home. The families who love deeply and just need trusted support. When I walk into a home and see the relief on a parent’s face, I know I’m doing exactly what I was meant to do.

New parents deserve rest. Babies deserve gentleness, and I’m honored to provide both
